Fire at Tockwith follows village demo

Last Saturday villagers raised a 31- metre high column of balloons to demonstrate that a planned waste incinerator’s chimney would be threat to locals and a day later a fire broke out at the proposed site causing the call out of six emergency firefighting crews.
