Final drawings were submitted to planners yesterday for proposed wind farms at Wood Lane near West Haddlesey and Bishopwood near Hambleton.

Yet more windfarms planned for Selby District

In recent weeks there have been proposals for two large windfarms in the south of the constituency. The Woodlane and Bishopwood windfarms have been proposed by German developer, Prowind and have provoked a strong reaction from locals nearby.
