On Tuesday in the House of Commons, the Foreign Secretary took questions from MPs following a statement on changes to US immigration policy. Nigel Adams MP has condemned the current bans on immigration from certain countries as “unconstitutional, offensive, and ludicrous” and the Foreign Secretary labeled them “divisive, discriminatory, and wrong.”
Nigel also raised with the Foreign Secretary the issue of ongoing immigration discrimination against Israeli citizens, including dual British-Israeli citizens, who are banned entirely from entering 13 countries. Nigel adopted the Foreign Secretary’s words, saying that while this has not been protested as vociferously, it is equally divisive, discriminatory, and wrong.
